Below is a step-by-step process of how the process works and your application.
Please note the vetting process for Ignite 360 Mentee’s takes between 6 and 8 weeks – we appreciate your patience and understanding to make sure we deliver the best experience possible!
How it works:
Step 1: Fill out the Ignite 360 Mentee Application below. Applications will be reviewed by Pathway WBC staff who will contact applicants to setup a consultation to discuss next steps, including which level is the best fit for you.
Step 2: Qualified applicants will be asked to fill out the “Planning for Growth” assessment with Pathway WBC staff as part of the process.
Step 3: If applicant is approved to become an Ignite 360 mentee,* Pathway WBC staff will begin the pairing and scheduling process with the team of mentors.
Step 4: Once the mentor team is assembled, a monthly meeting schedule will be set and the program begins!
